Eligibility
LAMA workshops are open to licensed physicians and dentists only. We verify your licence before confirming a place. Places are offered at LAMA's discretion.
Application and payment
A seat is confirmed on receipt of the deposit stated in your offer. The balance is due before the workshop start date. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless noted otherwise.
Cancellations and transfers
Cancellation more than 30 days before the workshop: refund minus the deposit. Cancellation within 30 days: no refund, but your seat can be transferred once to a later cohort subject to availability. LAMA may reschedule a workshop for reasons beyond its control; in that case you may transfer or receive a full refund.
Training and practice boundaries
Training is delivered under supervision on consenting patients. Completion of a LAMA programme does not replace your professional licence, local regulations or clinical judgement. Written practice boundaries issued at the end of the course describe what the programme has prepared you to perform; practising beyond them is your own responsibility.
Certificates
Certificates are issued on completion of the programme and its assessment. Each carries a unique verification code. LAMA may revoke a certificate obtained by misrepresentation.
Materials and members area
Lesson videos, protocol sheets and other materials are licensed to you personally for your own education. They may not be copied, shared or redistributed. Access to the members area may be withdrawn for breach of these terms.
Liability
LAMA provides education. Responsibility for treatments you perform after training rests with you as the treating clinician. To the extent permitted by law, LAMA's liability is limited to the fees paid for the programme.
